From the Journal Tribune: “A 5-year-old former industrial building in the center of Thornton Academy campus is being rejuvenated as the Academy’s new middle school, with classrooms equipped with up-to-date technology. The school will open for grades 6-8, offering a core of academic subjects in foreign languages, history, science, social studies, English art, music and mathematics.”
