WATERBORO — Lillian L. Noel, 95, of Waterboro, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford.
She was born Oct. 26, 1920, in Biddeford, a daughter of Emile and Maria (Richard) Caouette, and was educated in local schools.
On Jan. 18, 1941, she married Roland Noel in Biddeford. Together, they raised five children.
Her children and grandchildren were important to her; she enjoyed cooking, baking, and anything that would bring her family together. Lillian also had a special place in her heart for Winston, her Golden Retriever.
She was preceded in death by: Roland, her husband of 41 years, and eight brothers and sisters.
She is survived by: three daughters, Nancy Booker and her husband Donald of Biddeford, Rachel Perreault and her husband Albert of Saco, and JoAnn Stearns and her husband Ronald of Lyman; two sons, Roland Noel Jr. and his wife Susan, and Stephen Noel and his wife Dianne, all of Waterboro; and several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
There will be no visiting hours. Graveside services and burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
