SANFORD — Strategies for a Stronger Sanford was recently awarded a United Way of York County 2016 Community Investments grant totaling $29,690. The United Way investments will support four vital programs under the umbrella of Strategies for a Stronger Sanford: Sanford Backpacks, Fresh Food for Sanford, The Right Brain Club Summer Enrichment Program and the Sanford Police Cadets.
