2/27 at 1:36 a.m. Lily Sands, 20, of Birchwood Terrace, North Yarmouth, was arrested on West Main Street by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating without a license beyond conditions.

Summonses

2/24 at 12:20 a.m. Philip Thaxter, 27, of Durham Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons on East Elm Street by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/28 at 12:15 a.m. Ethan Ward, 18, of Libby Road, Pownal, was issued a summons on Juniper Drive by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating without a license and failing to dim motor vehicle lights.
