The host Tigers shot under 30-percent from the field, while Fryeburg hit eight 3-pointers to pick up the win.

Despite their shooting troubles, the Tigers hung around all game long, but were never able to climb all the way back.

“Every time we were able to cut it to four or five points, we just could not get that next stop when we needed it,” said Biddeford coach Justin Tardif. “Fryeburg would make a bucket to stop our momentum. Give credit to Fryeburg. We have to do a better job playing defense when our own shots are not falling. We felt we were getting good looks at the rim, but still shot under 30-percent from the floor.”

Kyle Norton led Biddeford with 13 points. Caleb Ball, Patrick Pearl, Jason Vadnais and Alex Millett all added six points in the loss.
