12/1 at 5:16 p.m. Amy Canfield, 54, of Hamilton Street, South Portland, was arrested on Lafayette Street by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/2 at 12:55 a.m. Normand St. Ours, 21, of Walker Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Concord Circle by Officer Kerry Libby on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
