CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Police say $3,000 in gift cards have been taken from a state-owned van in a locked garage that were donated to Operation Santa Claus.

The cards were taken between Nov. 25 and Nov. 30 in Concord. They were for stores such as Walmart, Target and Best Buy. Tools, including a hammer drill, nail gun and electric saw, also were stolen.

The program provides New Hampshire youth with gifts during the holidays.
