On July 5, 1971, he married Lucille Mercier in Biddeford.
He had a vast collection of aliens and had a collection of salt and pepper shakers. He loved to watch the History Channel, “Family Feud” and “Wheel of Fortune.” He was always the comedian at parties and family gettogethers. He was Mr. Fix-it, always helping fix things for his family and friends. He enjoyed watching the Bruins, Patriots and Red Sox.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oren and Isabell Blow.
Roger is survived by: his wife of 44 years, Lucille Libby; two sons,Jeff Libby of Buxton, and David Libby of Skowhegan; one daughter, Lisa Libby of Biddeford; four grandchildren, Ashley, Ryley, Brady, and Katie; one greatgrandchild, Zoey; a brother, Raymond Libby of Alabama; and a sister, Jeannette Beso of Biddeford.
There will be no visiting hours or services. The family requests that donations in Roger’s name be made to Gosnell Memorial Hospice, 11 Hunneywell Road, Scarborough, ME 04074.
