SACO — Michael Lionetta, 21, of 15 Bonython Ave., was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with operating under the influence and procuring liquor for a minor.

SACO — Harley Kessler, 18, of 41 Pleasant St., Apt. 1, was summonsed on Oct. 14 and charged with possessing alcohol as a minor.

SACO — Kayla Bowman, 19, of 12 Gray Ave., Apt. 103, was summonsed on Oct. 14 and charged with possessing alcohol as a minor.

SACO — Two juveniles were summonsed in Saco and charged with consuming alcohol.

SACO — Audrey Murray, 19, of 307 Main St., Apt. 2A, was summonsed on Oct. 17 and charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

ASSAULT

SACO — Laurie Tupper, 46, of 111 Bradley St., Apt. 12, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

SACO — A juvenile was summonsed on Oct. 19 and charged with assault.

BURGLARY

SACO — Christopher Cloutier, 28, of 94 Bradley St., was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with burglary, violating conditions of release and theft by all other means.

FALSE PLATES

SACO — Amy Duross, 38, of 31B Mechanic St., was summonsed on Oct. 15 and charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates.

SACO — Christopher Johnson, 44, of 54 Berry Road, was summonsed on Oct. 19 and charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates.

CONCEALED WEAPON

SACO — James Elliott, 22, of 209 Guinea Road, Biddeford, was summonsed on Oct. 17 and charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon – failure to inform law enforcement.
