I write in support of a city councilor who has served the citizens of Saco in many different ways. He has filled many roles, always to the utmost of his generous capabilities. He may be the best educated of those currently serving on the Saco City Council.
Eric Cote is a true son of Saco. After graduating from TA, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College and after military service in Vietnam he graduated from law school in Boston and returned home to stay. He has served on many and various city committees since returning to Saco.
He understands city government and has a great rapport with downtown business leaders, city department managers, and our legislative delegation. Though he has been asked to run for the legislature many times, he recognizes that local government is the best form of service. I believe that Councilor Eric Cote deserves the support of all of the residents of Ward 6.
Keep a thoughtful son of Saco on the City Council – vote for Eric Cote.
