FALMOUTH — Connor Aube scored his second touchdown of the game in the fourth quarter and Falmouth knocked down a desperation fourthdown pass by Joey Curit at the end as the Yachtsmen hung on for a 14-7 victory over Biddeford in a Class B South football game Friday.

Curit staked the Tigers (1-2) to a 7-0 lead on a 21-yard touchdown pass to Patrick Pearl.

The Yachtsmen (3-0) stopped Biddeford near the goal line in the second quarter, and on the ensuing drive Aube went 70 yards for a touchdown run. The extra point was missed, giving Biddeford a 7-6 halftime lead.

Aube scored from four yards out to put Falmouth up 12-7, and Jack Bryant connected with George Gilbert for the successful two-point conversion.
