A Fort Fairfield man died after rolling his car on Conant Road in Easton on Tuesday, according to TV station WCSH6.

Maine State Police told the station that Jamey Kennedy, 27, was driving his 2004 Toyota Matrix when he lost control on a corner, crossed the roadway and went into a ditch. The vehicle rolled several times before coming to a stop, they said.

Police said they arrived to find Kennedy lying in the roadway. They said he was not wearing his seatbelt and had been ejected.

Medical officials transported Kennedy to Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle where he died from his injuries, according to WCSH.

The crash was still under investigation late Tuesday.
