Hayley Christine Belanger and John William Bilbrey both of Biddeford are pleased to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barbara and Samuel B. Kelley of Biddeford and Lucien and Lynne Belanger of Biddeford. Hayley is a graduate of Southern Maine Community College and is employed at The University of New England as a security officer. The groom-to-be is the son of John Allen and Allison Bilbrey of Biddeford. John W. attended the University of Maine at Farmington and is employed at Time Warner Cable as a cable technician. The couple is planning a September 2015 wedding in Wells.
