BIDDEFORD — Police arrested three people Wednesday after executing a search warrant at 1 Parkview Court, Apt. 118, where officers seized heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to a post on the Biddeford Police Department’s Facebook page.
Officers from the BPD’s Street Crimes Unit, Old Orchard Beach police’s K-9 Unit, state police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency executed the search warrant by means of forcible entry, according to the post.
After police entered the apartment, “there were several subjects present,” the post states, and one tried to flee by jumping out of a second-floor window.
Elizabeth Fecteau, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with unlawful trafficking of heroin and cocaine, a Class B felony. Jamison Snyder, 43, of Lebanon, was arrested on the same charge.
Gene Dares, 36, of Bidd-eford, had an active warrant for his arrest, which charged operating after revocation as a habitual offender, according to the post. A habitual offender is somebody who has been convicted of three or more driving-related crimes, according to police.
