1/30 at 1:12 p.m. Charlene A. Fisher, 39, of Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

2/1 at 3:30 a.m. Andre K. Juarez, 27, of Buxton, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/1 at 6:19 p.m. Derek M. Theriault, 35, of South Portland, was arrested on Spurwink Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
