CAPE ELIZABETH-SCARBOROUGH – The towns of Cape Elizabeth and Scarborough both have parking bans in effect now, Monday, Feb. 2, and running until Tuesday, Feb. 3.

The Cape parking ban is in place until 7 a.m. tomorrow. In addition, Town Hall is closing at 11 a.m. today, Monday, due to the increasing intensity of the storm.

Scarborough’s parking ban is in place until noon on Tuesday. Also both school districts are closed today.
