12/31/14 at 4:36 p.m. Bryan Garcia, 33, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock in Cumberland and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

1/4 at 9:55 p.m. Tanley Hudson, 23, of Highland Farms Road, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on Greely Road on a charge of operating under the influence.
