BIDDEFORD — On Monday, officers with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, Biddeford Police Department Street Crimes Unit and BPD patrol arrested Jennifer Neal, 38, of Biddeford. She was charged with unlawful trafficking in Schedule W drugs, which is a Class B felony.
Biddeford Police Department’s newly formed Street Crimes Unit allegedly learned that Neal filled a prescription intended for her adult son, and sold 30 pills for $300.
Officers have contacted the office of the prescribing medical authority regarding the matter. Neal was taken to York County Jail in Alfred.
