10/20 at 1:30 p.m. Sarah Newbury, 47, of Chops Cross Road, Woolwich, was arrested by Officer Sean Cavanaugh on U.S. Route 1 in Woolwich on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/21 at 9 a.m. Deion Osmond, 18, of Denny Road, was arrested by Cpl. Michelle Small on Congress Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/22 at 3:30 p.m. Harold Maney, 38, of Shepard Street, was arrested by Detective Sgt. David Beauregard on Water Street on two outstanding warrants.
