The Brunswick Farmers’ Market is held on the downtown Mall from May 2 to Nov. 25 every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., rain or shine. That arrangement may be changing. Farmers’ market organizers have started the

Brunswick FoodShed project, which would give the market a year-round home in a pair of massive rail freight sheds adjacent to the Brooks Feed and Farm store. The move, still in the planning stages, would help relieve traffic congestion at the Mall, while improving access and parking for vendors and shoppers, say proponents.
