Kathy and I would ask that Windham residents support and vote for Patrick Corey in his bid to represent you in Augusta on Election Day, Nov. 4
Patrick has been active in the Windham community for the past 10 years and has been instrumental as a volunteer with the Windham Land Trust, Windham Historical Society and the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program. His efforts have resulted in effectively preserving Windham’s history and working tirelessly to preserve Windham’s open spaces.
His efforts in defeating the North Windham sewer project saved the typical homeowner throughout the community more than $200 annually in increased taxes. He firmly believes that this service should be paid for by those who would directly benefit from this and not those who would see no benefit.
Patrick was recently appointed to the Comprehensive Plan Review Team. The Comprehensive Plan takes in information from the people and businesses in the community so that Windham can effectively outline where the town is heading in the future as far as infrastructure needs, open space needs, school needs and public service needs, to mention a few.
I know that Patrick will place the needs of Maine residents above those of special interest groups. He will work tirelessly to grow and support the middle class, ensure quality education for our children, and work with those who advocate for small business development for the creation of new jobs for Maine.
Please vote for Patrick Corey on Nov. 4 and help us to build a better Maine.
