BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) — State police are investigating a fatal two-car crash on Route 24 in Brockton that may have been caused by a medical emergency.
Police responded to the accident in the northbound lanes at about 8:20 p.m. Thursday.
The initial investigation indicates that a Mazda 6 spun out, striking a Toyota Camry before skidding off the roadway and rolling over.
The operator of the Mazda, a 71-year-old Brockton man, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
