9/21 at 12:59 a.m. Patrick Copp, 23, of Blackstrap Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of operating under the influence.

Intervention

9/20 at 6:58 p.m. Police stopped a 15-year-old they said was suicidal and running through a neighborhood with a machete in hand, along with a backpack containing a hatchet and two air-soft pistols painted to look like real guns. The teen is now in treatment.
