BRUNSWICK — The College Guild will present an afternoon of stories, poems and a dramatic reading Saturday, Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. at Curtis Memorial Library.
The event, which will be held in the Morrell Room, is free. Come learn about College Guild, a Brunswick nonprofit offering free, general learning courses to prisoners all over the country. The poetry as been penned by College Guild students as has the fictional dialogue that will be performed in the form of a dramatic reading, starring Robinson Crusoe, Rapunzell, Red Riding Hood, the police commissioner, Friday, BB Wolf and the wicked witch.
Come meet Bowdoin College and Brunswick HIgh School students as they read College Guild students’ creative, fun and thought-provoking work.
