Arrests

9/12 at 9:11 a.m. Richard Nadeau, 51, of Cross Street, Sanford, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Eric Vanasse on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/13 at 4:59 p.m. Joshua Hartwell, 41, of Bowdens Way, Windham, was arrested on Shire Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/14 at 1:30 p.m. Sean Lannon, 21, of Woodlands Drive, Falmouth, was arrested on Route 77 by Sgt. Eric Fay on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

9/9 A male, 17, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Cove Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor.

9/13 at 7 p.m. Alex Fazzi, 23, of Dayton, was issued a summons at the Cape Elizabeth Police Department by Officer Darin Estes on a charge of unsworn falsification.
