OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Norma Jean Welch and Douglas Paul Card of Old Orchard Beach announce their engagement.
Norma attended Monmouth Academy and works as a private duty nurse.
Douglas attended Kennebunk High School. He is retired.
The couple plan to wed June 27, 2015 in Saco.
