SCARBOROUGH – Scarborough Police have arrested Donald Smith, 27, for a burglary at a home on Imperial Lane on Thursday, July 24. A police press release said numerous pieces of jewelry were stolen totaling approximately $3,00. Following an investigation into the robbery, Smith was identified as the perpetrator and was later located at a pawn shop in South Portland. Detectives were able to recover most of the stolen jewelry from pawn shops in South Portland and Biddeford.
