YARMOUTH — The annual Yarmouth Clam Festival 5-Miler was won by Brunswick’s Will Geoghegan and had a Mid-coast region flavor.
Geoghegan, a recent Dartmouth College graduate, toured the course in 24:29 to beat out Jonny Wilson of Falmouth (24:50) and Chris Harmon of Portland (25:41).
Henry Sterling of South Freeport took fourth in 25:53, while Nate Mackenzie of Bowdoinham was 11th (27:50), Chandler Vincent of Pownal 13th (27:55), and Robert Ashby of Brunswick 22nd (29:27).
Erica Jesseman of Scarborough won the women’s division in 27:34 and was 10th overall. She was followed by Carly Dion of Biddeford, who was 23rd overall in 29:42.
