SOUTH PORTLAND – The South Portland City Council will take a final vote on a new ordinance that would ban tar sands-oil tonight, July 21, at 7 p.m. at the Community Center off Evans Street. The meeting was moved from the City Council chambers due to the large number of people expected to attend.
