7/13 at 6:02 p.m. Michelle Locke, 48, of Belmont Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Winter Street and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
