OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Terry Dudevoir was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for aggravated assault related to an alleged incident the week before.
On May 22, around 11:45 a.m., police responded to a report of a man on the ground bleeding in the area of 4 Sixteenth St., according to press release from the police department.
The 48-year-old male victim was found at 4 Sixteenth St., with lacerations to the head, believed to be related to an altercation at the home, according to police. The victim was transported to the hospital, then treated and released, according to police.
On May 28, Dudevoir, 60, was arrested outside his home at 4 Sixteenth St. in Old Orchard Beach on an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated assault, according to police. A search warrant for the residence was also obtained and executed by Old Orchard Beach Police at that time regarding the assault investigation.
Dudevoir was released on $1,000 bail. Investigation of the alleged incident is ongoing.
