The monthly ArtWalk in Lewiston features more than 20 venues, most of which are on Lisbon Street. This means there’ll be plenty of art to browse without having to wander too far. The Grumps will provide live music, too.
Spring Festival

Explore the trails and gardens at Wolfe’s Neck Farm, but leave time to hang with the animals. During the festival, there will also be music, games, crafts, face painting and demonstrations (try your hand at fiber arts). And feel free to climb all over the hay pile and tractor (maybe leave that for the kids).
Celtic Woman

Yes, it’s easy to see Celtic Woman on TV. They seem to be on PBS stations every time there’s a fund drive. But if you want to see this global music phenomenon from Ireland live, you need to drive up to Bangor Friday.
A Wine Walk in Ogunquit

‘Almost Maine’
Merriconeag Waldorf High School’s senior class will perform Maine playwright John Cariani’s romantic comedy “Almost, Maine” at 7 p.m. June 4-6 at the St. Lawrence Arts Center in Portland.
Most in this cast of 10 have acted together since first grade. The play is a midwinter comedy set under the stars in the fictional northern Maine town of Almost. Tickets cost $5 and are available at brownpaperticket.com/event/664843.
Secret Spaces/Historic Places Tour

It’s a rare chance to see some of historic Biddeford’s seldom-seen gems, from the depths of the mill lagoon to the heights of the City Hall clock tower. The Greencards

Americana, bluegrass, call it what you will, but the Greencards make music that touches people. Since forming a decade or more ago, they’ve toured with Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson, and just last year they were nominated for a folk Grammy for their album “Sweetheart of the Sun.”
Maine Women’s Ride

This one’s for the women who ride – even the ones who are new to the sport. Rides range in distance (10, 25, 50 and 62 miles), and there’s a scenic route for all experience levels. Stops and snacks along the way, and music, yoga and munchies at the finish line.
