BIDDEFORD — Saint Andre Home recently hired Diane Skog as director of marketing and development and Sarah MacLaughlin as adoption manager.
Skog has more than 30 years of nonprofit management experience in both clinical and administrative settings. She previously held positions at the Finance Authority of Maine and MaineHealth. She lives in Saco.
MacLaughlin is a freelance author and consultant on the topic of parenting, who was previously the resource coordinator at the Opportunity Alliance.
