ACCRA, Ghana (AP) — At least three people are dead after a helicopter crash in Ghana, said an aviation official in the West African nation.

A fourth person is presumed dead, but no body has been found, said Kwame Mamphey, director general of the Civil Aviation Authority, on Friday. Four other people survived the crash and are in hospitals.

Mamphey said the helicopter was carrying five Ghanaians and three foreigners when it crashed into the sea.

Officials said the helicopter was carrying people planning to work for the Russian oil company Lukoil to an offshore oil field.
