BRUNSWICK —Tonight, Friday, May 9 at 6 p.m., The Brunswick Hotel and Tavern (4 Noble Street Brunswick, formerly the Inn at Brunswick Station) will host The Theater Project’s 6th Annual Benefit Auction. Theater Project Artistic Director and founder Al Miller, and Executive Director Wendy Poole invite fans and friends of The Theater Project to join them in an evening of fun and memories, and to lend their support the Theater Project, now in its 42nd year.
Among the items available for bidding include an Apple iPad, a Kindle Paperwhite, tickets to Michael Bublé at Madison Square Garden, tossing out the ceremonial first pitch at a Portland Sea Dogs game, gift certificates to local restaurants including Solo Bistro and Azure Cafe, and tickets to numerous theaters, concerts, museums and sporting events.
The silent auction will run from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, and the live auction commences at 8:30 with professional auctioneer Charlie Crosby on the mike. Hors d’oeuvres provided by The Brunswick Hotel and Tavern, and a cash bar will be available. Black tie is optional, fun is mandatory!
Tickets to The Theater Project’s 6th Annual Benefit Auction are $20, available by calling the box office at 729-8584, or online at www.theaterproject.com. All auction proceeds benefit the Theater Project and the fantastic programs they offer to the residents of Midcoast Maine. The Theater Project is a 501(c)(3).
