BUXTON – Buxton police are still searching for three suspects in an assault on a woman who interrupted a burglary about 9:15 p.m. on April 11 at a Callahan Road home.

A police report said that the suspects tied up the woman and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police said the woman was treated and transported to Mercy Hospital.

The suspects were described as two males and one female with ages approximately in their late teens to early 20s.

Police did not identify the victim.

The Cumberland County K-9 team and Gorham officers assisted Buxton police. Anyone with information is asked to call Buxton Police Chief Mike Grovo at 929-6612.

Grovo said Wednesday that they are working on leads but had no new information to report.
