PORTLAND — The University of New England’s Department of Business will be hosting the 7th annual Paul D. Merril Business Ethics Lecture on Friday, April 4 at 4 p.m. in the Ludcke Auditorium on the Portland UNE Campus.

This year will feature Maine native Eli Pariser, Upworthy co-founder and the author of New York Times bestseller “The Filter Bubble: What the Internet is Hiding From You.” His lecture will focus on “Mission Driven Innovation: Can Technology Change the World?”

The annual event offers the opportunity for future business leaders to learn about the important role of ethical considerations.
