SOUTH BERWICK — South Berwick Cub Scout Pack 338 is seeking a new volunteer cubmaster to begin in September.
The volunteer does not need to be a parent of a current scout, but may be former scout, or someone who enjoys the outdoors and meeting people.
Duties include attending monthly leader meetings, running the monthly pack meetings and attending special events such as Pinewood Derby, Vaughn Woods campfires, etc. Leaders must complete a basic online training and encourage scout and parent participation. The leader should be able to communicate well with adults as well as boys, delegate responsibilities and set a good example through behavior, attitude and uniform. Must be age 21 or older.
