BIDDEFORD — At 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, at Southern Maine Health Care, attorney Henri Benoit and social worker Anna Benoit will discuss Social Security disability benefits as it pertains to a cancer diagnosis.
The presentation will include information about the application process and appeals, the evaluation process, how medical disability is assessed by Social Security and the important role that health care providers play in the process. This session is free and light refreshments will be served.
