OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Winter Carnival scheduled for this weekend has been postponed.
The event, which is put on by OOB365 and features sledding in the downtown, has been rescheduled to Feb. 28 through March 2 due to the change in weather, according to a statement from the town.
