I think that having laptops at school is great idea. At the same time it can be a wrong thing for children in the elementary school or for teenagers as well, because it can distract them. In my point of view, children from elementary school should not have laptops or iPads, because most of the time they like to play games, and they do not focus on homework. Teenagers most likely will spend time on Facebook, Instagram and other websites. Children and teenagers should become more interested in other things.

Schools are spending a lot of money on technology when they should be spending money on materials such as paper, hole punchers, pencils and other things.

In some ways, laptops can be useful because they can make students write more, create Powerpoints, and explore things that they have not explored, and they make learning and schoolwork more interesting. However, many generations from before were able to learn without them. I would love to hear about schools having more teachers instead of laptops.
