Michael Thibodeau, 50, of Freeport, a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Freeport on June 12.
George D. Tinkham, 55, of Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 60 days in jail; guilty of violating a protective order, sentenced to 60 days in jail, for an incident in Bath on July 30; guilty of two charges of violating condition of release, sentenced to 60 days in jail, for an incident in Bath on May 14; charges of domestic violence assault and criminal trespass were pled to other charges for an incident in Bath on April 22.
Matthew J. Votto, 24, of Gardiner, guilty of operating without a license, $200 fine, for an incident in Richmond on May 8.
Mark A. Washburn, 25, of Bath, guilty of stealing drugs, sentenced to 10 days in jail, stayed until Aug. 22, $400 fine, for an incident Bath on March 25.
Cody Watson, 19, of Boothbay, possession of marijuana, up to 1 / ounce, adjudicated, $400 fine; transportation of drugs by a minor, adjudicated, $200, license suspended 30 days; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was pled to another charge, for an incident in Woolwich on April 13.
Max R. Welner, 28, of Richmond, parole violation on an Aug. 22, 2012, charge of unlawful drug possession, sentenced to 75 days in jail, probation revoked, for an incident in Richmond.
David Clark Weymouth, 44, of Phoenix, Md., a charge of speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on June 3.
Daniel Wickett, 26, of Brunswick, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine, $11.49 restitution; guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, $500 fine; for an incident in Brunswick on June 12.
Bindy Wight, 53, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Woolwich on March 15.
Gerald L. Worster, 26, of Lee, guilty of operating after registration suspended, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on June 1.
Ted T. Worthley, 19, of Gardiner, guilty by default of a minor possessing liquor, $200 fine, for an incident in Richmond on May 24.
Shawn Young, 28, of Bowdoin, guilty of assault, sentenced to 5 days in jail, $600 fine; a charge of domestic violence assault was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bowdoin on April 17.
Cecile E. Greenman, 49, of West Bath, a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on July 28.
Danny C. Hall, 47, of Bath, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail, for an incident on Feb. 11 in Bath; a charge of criminal mischief was pled to another charge for an incident on Feb. 13, in Bath.

Eugene Hart, 78, of Topsham, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 31.
Eddie Heard, 38, of Brunswick, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, sentenced to four days in jail, $500 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on May 15.
Sarah Hill. 19, of Topsham, a charge of a minor consuming liquor was dismissed for an incident in Brunswick on June 29.
Warner Hinkley, 41, of Bath, guilty of cultivating marijuana, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all suspended, $400 fine, one year probation, criminal forfeiture of property, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 2.
Alexis Holdampf, 20, of Southport, Conn., guilty of operating without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 26.
Erving Johnson, 24, of Lewiston, a jury trial was requested for charges of failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth; trafficking in dangerous knives; refusing to submit to arrest or detention and possessing a revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license or ID card, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 17.
Christopher Dale Kelly, 32, of Richmond, guilty of robbery, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for three years, probation partially revoked, for an incident in Bowdoinham on July 7.
James Kenney, 49, of Bath, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 11/ ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Bath on April 30.
Alex W. King, 21, of Bowdoin, guilty of attaching false plates, $200 fine, on June 22; guilty of attaching false plates, $200 fine, on June 8, both incidents in Bath.

Alexander McKenna, 21, of Farmingdale, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 18, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; guilty of a minor consuming liquor, $200 fine; a charge of operating a vehicle without a license was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Dec. 23, 2012.
Brannon J. McRae, 23, of Gorham, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Aug. 26, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Brunswick on June 29.
Steven R. Melton, 55, of Brunswick, a charge of violating condition of release was dismissed for an incident in Brunswick April 2.
Matthew A. Miller, 22, of Augusta, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 11/ ounce, $350 fine, for an incident in Perkins Township on July 27.
John Moore, 32, of Orr’s Island, operating or permitting to operate an unregistered vehicle, $200 fine, paid by waiver, for an incident in West Bath on July 11.
Neil John Mullen, 40, of Brunswick, guilty of unlawful drug possession, $750 fine; the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine; a charge of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on June 30.
Susan A. Muniak, 46, of Freeport, charges of unlawful drug possession and violating condition of release were dismissed for an incident in Topsham on March 17.
Dennis B. Paine, 28, of Portland, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $500 fine, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 18.
Ernest M. Patti, 31, of Brunswick, guilty by default of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 24.
