10/16 at 1:26 p.m. Lincoln G. Skelton, 24, of Liberty Lane, was arrested on Liberty Lane by Patrol Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of attaching false plates, violating conditions of release, possession of marijuana and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/16 at 3:58 p.m. Joann E. Canning, 44, of Dune Drive, was arrested on Dune Drive by Patrol Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

10/16 at 9:28 p.m. Andrew P. Pelletier, 24, of Winter Street, Topsham, was issued a summons on Lower Main Street by Patrol Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of operating with suspended registration.

10/17 7:52 p.m. Andrew M. Tieman, 44, of Elmwood Road, Pownal, was issued a summons on Hunter Road by Patrol Officer Jerod Verill on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
