WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed Aug. 15-31 in Sagadahoc County courts:

Sinead J. Airington, 22, of Portland, a charge of theft was dismissed for an incident in Brunswick on July 14, 2012.

Frederick W. Archer, 51, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to four days in jail, stayed until Sept. 13, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on April 18.

Benjamin G. Atwood, 58, of Bowdoinham, guilty of operating a water craft under the influence, $400 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on June 23.

James Bandouveres, 19, of Brunswick, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine; charges of a minor transporting liquor and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia were pled to other charges, for an incident in Brunswick on June 30.

Michael J. Barilla, 39, of Georgetown, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to seven days in jail, stayed until Aug. 14; guilty of theft, sentenced to seven days in jail; guilty of two charges of criminal trespass, sentenced to seven days in jail for incidences in Georgetown on Aug. 18; a charge of violating a protective order and two charges of criminal trespass were dismissed for incidences in Georgetown on July 16.

Raymond Barry, 20, of Brunswick, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 18, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of operating without a license was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on June 22.

Jennifer B. Beganny, 35, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of unlawful drug possession, sentenced to 10 months in jail, all but two days suspended, stayed until Sept. 23, $400 fine, one-year probation, $600 restitution, for an incident in Bowdoin on Dec. 18, 2011.

John W. Beggs, 51, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on June 30.

Dean G. Berry II, 34, of Wiscasset, guilty of domestic violence assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation, for an incident in Topsham on April 24.

Scott Berry, 46, of Greenbush, a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, was dismissed, for an incident in Richmond on April 12.

Dean Allen Blake, 42, of West Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 10.

Alexander Boyle, 20, of Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, $500 fine; charges of failure to register a vehicle and sale and use of drug paraphernalia were pled to other charges, for incidences in Bath in June 4; a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 2.

Travis Bradstreet, 25, of Topsham, guilty of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced to four years in jail, all but four months suspended, stayed until Sept. 21, $400 fine, two years probation, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 17.

Brian D. Brewster, 38, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Aug. 23, $750 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce was pled to another charge, for an incident in Freeport on June 28.

Jeffrey J. Brough, 33, of Lewiston, guilty of theft, with priors, sentenced to 30 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 20, $349.98 restitution, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 27.

Craig Tobin Bryant, 26, of Topsham, guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, $300 fine; charges of violating condition of release and domestic violence assault were dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on June 23; a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on Oct. 12, 2011.

Alina M. Ceinski, 25, of Lewiston, guilty by default of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Freeport on March 24.

Laura Charest, 45, of Sidney, a charge of assault, was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on March 3.

Corey Clavette, 22, of West Bath, guilty of theft, sentenced to three years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $10,000 restitution, for an incident in West Bath on Nov. 8, 2012; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to five days in jail; guilty of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, sentenced to five days in jail; an additional charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor was pled to another charge, for an incident in West Bath on July 27.

Ryan O. Cotter, 29, of Bath, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 30.

Joshua M. Cousens, 38, of Cape Elizabeth, parole violation for operating under the influence, two priors, on May 5, 2011, sentenced on Aug. 28 to nine months in jail, stayed until Sept. 8, 2013, probation partially revoked, probation continued for an incident in Richmond.

Robert V. Crozier, 41, of Marlborough, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 2.

Michael Cummings, 35, of Brunswick, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on June 21.

Frank A. Cuppernell, 24, of Orr’s Island, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $350 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 26.

Nicholas W. Curtis, 27, of Clinton, guilty of theft, $100 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 22.

Jason Day, 21, of Brunswick, guilty of assault, sentenced to five days in jail, $300 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Aug. 21.

Matisse L. Deshazier, 31, of Brunswick, guilty of theft by deception, 14 days in jail, $400 restitution; forgery, 14 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 15.

William M. Dutton, 61, of Woolwich, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 10 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Oct. 1, $900 fine, one year probation, license suspended three years, for an incident in Woolwich on April 11.

Derek Elliott, 21, of Brunswick, guilty of unlawful drug trafficking, sentenced to four years, all but one year suspended, three years probation, $120 restitution, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 19; guilty of stealing drugs, sentenced to one year; charges of domestic violence assault, robbery, violating condition of release and three counts of stealing drugs were pled to other charges, for an incident in Topsham on May 8.

Terry Elwell, 37, of Brunswick, charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief were pled to other charges, for an incident in Brunswick on May 19.

Drew Allan Erickson, 26, of Orr’s Island, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 9.

Christopher Fletcher, 31, of Christianstead, V.I., guilty of violation of watercraft rules, $100, for an incident in Bailey Island on August 16.

Stephanie Freeman, 24, of Wiscasset, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of failing to make an oral or written report was pled to another charge, for an incident in Phippsburg on May 23.

Andrew Fruean, 25, of Yarmouthport, Mass., guilty of motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Sept. 6.

Paul A. Gibler, 26, of Hopedale, Mass., two charges of operating under the influence were transferred to Superior Court for incidences in Freeport on June 30.

Nicholas C. Graves, 31, of Harpswell, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on June 20.

Jay Green, 55, of Kensington, N.H., guilty of operating without safety equipment, $100 fine, for an incident in Georgetown on July 31.
