WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in July in Sagadahoc County courts:
Aaron E. Reese, 30, of Bowdoin, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 10 days in jail, for an incident in Bowdoin on July 16.
Kory Scarponi, 21, of Bath, guilty of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over the speed limit, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on May 27.
Julianna Siagel, 17, of Brunswick, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked was dismissed due to insufficient evidence, for an incident in Brunswick on May 18.
Michael Smith, 57, of Bowdoinham, a charge of assault was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on June 7.
Joshua Soley, 19, of Freeport, a minor consuming liquor, adjudicated, $200 fine, for an incident in Freeport on May 17.
Thomas H. Steen, 56, of Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to three months in jail, on June 10; parole violation, operating under the influence, two priors, probation revoked, sentenced to 16 months inm jail on June 14, for incidences in Bath.
Jamie Sullivan, 20, of Uncasville, Conn., guilty of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, $250 fine, $100 suspended, for an incident in Brunswick on May 15.
Morgan K. Suta, 42, of South Portland, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on April 6.
Tammie Terison, 45, of Cumberland, a charge of harassment was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on April 4.
Ronald R. Vigue, 38, of Chepachet, R.I., guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, sentenced to 10 days in jail; guilty of negotiating a worthless instrument, sentenced to 10 days in jail, $629.75 restitution, for an incident in Brunswick on June 17.
Stephanie Walker, 38, of Phippsburg, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, for an incident in Bath on July 24.
Joshua Watkis, 36, of Alna, charges of possessing lobster beyond the minimum or maximum, on April 27, and engaging in activities while suspended, on May 15, were transferred to Superior Court, for incidences in Brunswick.
Deborah K. Weatheread, 60, of Richmond, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on May 17.
David J. West, 43, of Bath, guilty of disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $500 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 9.
David Wilson, Jr., 19, of Harpswell, guilty of criminal mischief, $250 fine, $700 restitution, for an incident in Brunswick on Oct. 12, 2012.
Jean Wolkens, 43, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to nine days in jail stayed until Oct. 21, license suspended 90 days, $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Dec. 16, 2012; guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to nine days in jail stayed until July 23, license suspended 90 days, $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 7.
Jacob W. Wysocki, 21, of Pembroke, N.H., the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, was adjudicated and a $300 fine levied for an incident in Freeport, on May 24.
