The Lakes Region Senior Center celebrated its new home at Sunset Ridge Golf Links in Westbrook with a luncheon on Monday, Sept. 16. The seniors were forced to move to Sunset Ridge beginning Sept. 3 while the town of Gorham renovates the group’s former home at Little Falls School in Gorham. According to the senior center’s president, Blanche Alexander, 30 members turned out for the kick-off luncheon on Monday. The group has 70 members total and plans to meet at Sunset Ridge until next spring.
