5/24 at 2:23 p.m. John Crane, 51, of Washington Street, Bath, was arrested on Second Street by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/27 at 9:03 a.m. John Kenny, 20, of Middlesex Road,  was arrested on Lewiston Road by Officer Cheryl Holmes on charges of driving to endanger and failure to stop for a police officer.

Summonses

5/24 at 1:30 p.m. Kristin Westbrook, 33, of Dummer St, Bath, was issued a summons on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of theft.

5/24 a 2:09 p.m. Thomas Blevins, 71, of Boothbay Road, Edgecomb, was issued a summons on Bypass Drive by Officer Mark McDonald for operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.

5/24 at 11:03 p.m. Dustin Dyer, 21, of Litchfield Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons on Augusta Road by Officer Cheryl Holmes on a charge of operating after suspension.
