AUBURN (AP) — Officials say an 82-year-old woman has died in an apartment fire in Auburn.
The Auburn Fire Department says a passer-by reported that a two-unit apartment house on Second Street was on fire at 3 a.m. Tuesday.
When crews entered the first-floor apartment, they found Marilyn Bonney’s body in the kitchen. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
