50 antique dealers on hand for show
The Fort Andross Summer Antique Show is Sunday, May 26, opening at 8 a.m. in the Fort Andross building, 14 Maine St., Brunswick. More than 50 antique dealers from across New England will be participating, showing 18th and 19th century furniture, paintings, folk art, decorative arts, toys, jewelry, nautical, garden, architectural and more..
Appraisals will be offered from 10 a.m. -1 p.m. with appraiser and auctioneer Josh Farrin, of Farrin’s Country Auctions. Appraisals will be $5 per item. Proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine. Early buying runs to 10 a.m., with $6 admission fee.
Admission starting at 10 is $3. There is free parking, and food will be catered by the Starlight Cafe? & Bakery of Bath.

‘Go Big,’ adviser to tell entrepreneurs
The Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber will host a Women’s Networking Forum, Wednesday, May 22, from 5-7:30 p.m., at the Captain Daniel Stone Inn, Brunswick.
Michelle Neujahr, director of Southern Maine Community College Entrepreneurial Center, will present a talk, “Go Big – Strategies for Entrepreneurial Success.”
Neujahr will teach attendees to uncover and embrace their entrepreneurial mindset. In developing the mind of the entrepreneur, attendees will be challenged to assess their strengths, test their business ideas, build a business plan and put a structure in place to sustain growth.
The cost is $20 per person, which includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. The event will begin with open networking during the cocktail reception, followed by the keynote at 6 p.m. After a brief Q&A session with Neujahr, attendees will be able to round out the evening with more networking. Wii tournament May 23
The Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber Mid Coast Edge Wii Game Tournament is Thursday, May 23, from 5-8 p.m., at the Frontier in Brunswick.

Holiday Inn hosting Chamber After Hours
The Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber After Hours event is Wednesday, May 29, from 5-7 p.m., Bath Holiday Inn, 139 Richardson St., Bath.
There will be refreshments from the Bounty Restaurant and a cash bar. Tours of the rooms will be available, and weather permitting, time can be spend mingling in the courtyard featuring a pool.
Featured will be three new businesses begun by young people who have been attending the Young Entrepreneurs Academy since October, Dirigo Fro-Yo, Down East Jerky and Attack Adversity.
This event is free to attend.
