12/15 at 1:40 a.m. Heather Howell, 30, of Fox Street, Portland, was arrested on Brook Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/15 at 6:11 p.m. Michelle Castrello, 39, of  Illsley Street, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespassing and violating condition of release.

12/16 at 12:01 a.m. Robert Yokabaskas, 22, of Main Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jeff Pardue on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and attaching false plates.
